ALBA ROOFING WARRANTY
For your protection we are fully insured, licensed, and stand behind our roofing jobs with written workmanship warranties of up to 15 years.
The warranty period depends on the roofing materials chosen by the customer and specified in the roofing estimate prior signing of the contract.
Alba Roofing Ltd issues all warranties in accordance to purchase contract and guarantees the work detailed in the purchase contract for a period of 2-15 years depending on the roof type and materials chosen by the customer.
Alba Roofing Ltd WARRANTS that for a specified period of time from the warranty certificate issue date roof system will not leak water through the system due to:
- Ordinary wear or tear by the elements, or
- Improper workmanship installation of the roofing system.
In any case of such leaking, Alba Roofing Ltd guarantees they will repair or replace any defect of material or workmanship within the warranty period at no expense to the customer.
All materials are warranted by manufacture for the period of time specified in the purchase contract.
